North Side Fix: Express trench opens today

The Ohio Department of Transportation says that many drivers on the North Side of the city will experience a better commute beginning today. The new Route 23 trench will take northbound drivers under I-270 through to Flint Road. ODOT has released animation showing drivers what they can expect.

Most in the area expect that the trench will be a much-needed help to the traditionally traffic-congested area.  (jj)
