Ohio Wal-Mart workers see bump in pay
The week has brought welcome news to Wal-Mart’s nearly 15,000 employees in Ohio. Wal-Mart has increased wages across the board meaning that the minimum starting pay for their employees in Ohio is $9.00 / hour. Current workers will see an additional increase by February of next year taking those folks to a minimum of $10 / hour. The company says that employees will also have additional flexibility when it comes to scheduling. (jj)
