Orange you glad there’s gonna be more road construction?

My favorite joke to tell is about Ohio weather: What’re the four seasons in Ohio? Almost winter, winter, still winter, and construction. And with construction season approaching, the ODOT has proposed spending nearly $6 billion dollars over the next two years ($2.9 billion in 2016 and $3 billion in 2017) on transportation and construction projects.
