Pooch stolen, in other news…Petland sells $4,000 dogs
I’ll be honest, not since I was a kid has my family every purchased an animal from a pet store. (We go with shelters and thing along those lines.) So the idea that Petland sells $4,000 dogs at all made me have to take a step back. But apparently they do. And apparently one was stolen.
Crime Stoppers is asking for help in solving the November 9th case of a 4 grand bulldog pup that was taken from the Bethel Road Petland store. It’s believed that this was a 3-person conspiracy whereby the group…posing as regular customers…got their hands on two bulldog puppies. One was returned to store personnel and the other was taken out of Petland while hidden inside of a large tote bag.
