Short North merchants coming to Port Columbus
A number of your favorite Short North shops will soon find shelf space at Port Columbus. Paradies Shops and the Short North Alliance next month will open a new store at the airport (near Concourse B) called Short North Marketplace. Technically, the space was already a retail stop for airport travelers but it’s currently being renovated to reflect the new product additions.
People will still be able to get all of the things that you expect at an airport store…neck pillows, reading materials, candies, beverages and such. But they’ll also be able to find select items from Short North merchants. Which merchants will be represented is still being worked out by the Short North Alliance and Paradies.
The Short North Marketplace at Port Columbus is expected to open near Labor Day weekend with the Short North goods added to shelves soon after. (jj)
