Student housing / retail development near Gateway wins approval
The University Area Review Board has given the go-ahead for a new 2-acre development near the South Campus Gateway. The project will feature ground floor retail topped by 144 apartment units of student housing. The 5-story High Street building will be constructed between Eighth and Ninth Avenues and is expected to be complete by mid-summer 2017.
Campus Partners selected Edwards Communities to be the developer of the project last year.
