Attention shoppers…IKEA is coming to Columbus.  I’ll wait a moment while IKEA fans read that line again because I know that they will want to savor this moment.

IKEA is expected to announce on Tuesday that they plan to build a new 354,000 square-foot store on Polaris Parkway…specifically on the site of the old Germain Amphitheater. This location will be about 10,000 square-feet larger than the furniture store’s other Ohio location near Cincinnati. Expect the Columbus store to open its doors in the summer of 2017.  (jj)
