Tow-tally awesome day for Cbus drivers

Under Ohio law, tow company rates are set by statue and can’t be increased (unless lawmakers change it), but several companies were charging additional fees for towing and storage. A group of Columbus consumers decided to do something about the extra charges and filed a class action lawsuit, stating that they were over-billed.  Yesterday, a settlement was reached between Shamrock Towing and Camcar Towing (two of Columbus’ largest towing companies).
