Two central Ohio teachers finalists for “Ohio Teacher of the Year”
The 2014-15 Ohio Teacher of the Year was awarded earlier this week, and while Akron-based teacher Lori Michalec of Tallmadge schools won, two central Ohio teachers were nominated as finalists. At Monday’s meeting, the State Board of Education recognized the two teachers: Kellie Ehlers (of Worthington and Thomas Gregory of Gahanna-Jefferson. (deb)
