A new subscription service is sending the best of Columbus’ locally-made products right to your doorstep. Modest Box comes from Andrea Archibald, owner of Simply Vague, who wanted to provide another way for local, “modest” businesses to grow and reach customers. The service includes three different options, offering a monthly purchase or a three, six, or 12-month duration.
- “Local Love Box” – costs $39
- “T-shirt Box” – costs $56 and sends out two shirts each month
- “Big Box” – costs $89
Modest Box will also offer $5 donations to different local nonprofits when customers checkout and enter a coupon code listed on the website. The first batch of orders is expected to shipped out February 12.
Looks like Modest Box has found the solution to wanting to shop, but also wanting to avoid the crowds: home delivery! (deb)
