Ohio PRO Rugby wins first home game
The newest sport to hit Central Ohio is rugby, and the Ohio PRO Rugby team just won its home opener against San Fransisco by a whopping 34 points, for a final score of 51-17.
This is the first season for PRO Rugby nationwide, with five teams located in Ohio, Denver, Sacramento, San Francisco and San Diego.
The season consists of 12 games, followed by a championship in June.

2/9/16: Central Ohio to see a new sport this spring: rugby
According to a post on the PRO Rugby North America Facebook page, the village of Obetz, Ohio, on the south end of 270, will be the home to Ohio’s yet-unnamed rugby team.
Though rugby garners international popularity, 2016 will be the inaugural season for American professional rugby.
PRO Rugby North America has announced that there will be six teams in the first season, three of which are in California.
