Columbus Blue Jackets head coach and architect for their as-of-right-now incredible winning streak has had a great weekend. He won a few games and is now the first US-born NHL coach to reach 500 wins. He is the 24th coach in NHL history.
The game that set him over the top was the Jackets overtime win against the Vancouver Canucks (4-3)
It was their 9th win in a row, a record for the Blue Jackets. He was presented the game puck after the win in Vancouver.
