After an incident in January when Maurice Clarett was pulled over for drunk driving and refused to take a breathalyzer test, the former Ohio State running back and motivational speaker plead guilty to drunken driving.
The guilty plea allows Clarett to avoid jail time. Instead he will be sentenced to two years of probation and have his license suspended for 180 days.
Clarett was pulled over following a 911 call made reporting an erratic driver who was swerving between lanes without signaling.
