Some of our local chain businesses realized that the election causes extreme stress and anxiety, so according to NBC4i, they are capitalizing on our emotional distress by being charitable and giving out free stuff for everyone who votes!

Krispy Kreme : Free donut with your “I Voted” sticker.

Bob-Evans: 30% off entire food order, carry-out or dine-in, with this coupon.

Firehouse Subs: Free medium drink with “I Voted” sticker.

Marcos Pizza: This one’s our favorite, share Marco’s Pizza “Marco’s for President” post on Facebook, like their Facebook page, and vote on their website, and you can get a FREE pizza on election day! You’ll also be in the running to win free pizza for four years! 

Gold’s Gym: Show “I Voted” sticker on Election Day and get free access to participating Gold’s Gym locations, so you can run away from your election anxiety on a treadmill.

Zipcar: Zipcar is offering free cars from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Election Day to #DRIVEtheVOTE. So you can drive to the nearest bar and drink your election sorrows away.

Lyft: Lyft is offering a 45 percent discount to riders between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Election Day. So you can vote, which is the only useful thing you can actually do today.
