Hot Chicken Takeover Serves Up Gluten-Free Eats

Tonight Hot Chicken Takeover is partnering with Bake Me Happy to give gluten-sensitive Columbusites what they’ve been craving for since HCT’s opening day.

Gluten-free Hot Chicken and Not-Your-Ma’s Mac will be the star dishes tonight at Bake Me Happy’s Moler Street location.

Bake Me Happy has been helping HCT develop their gluten-free meals, but HCT warns customers that their kitchen is not 100% gluten-free, so trace amounts may still be present in the food. Diners are asked to use their best judgement when deciding whether or not to dig into what is sure to be a culinary masterpiece.

HCT will be giving a percentage of the proceeds from tonight to Flying Horse Farms’ Rheumatology and GI camp.
