Hot Chicken Takeover to add new location in 2016
Fans of fried chicken, rejoice! Hot Chicken Takeover announced today that its North Market location would be expanding its hours, and plans have been made to open up a second restaurant.
The restaurant made a name for itself in 2015 by serving up ridiculously spicy chicken and soul food, and was named the capital city’s best new restaurant by readers of 614 Magazine in our ColumBEST poll. According to the press release on the restaurant’s official website, over 150,000 customers were served in 2015.
From the sound of it, the takeover has already begun. With a second location in the works, Columbus could see the beginnings of a Hot Chicken Empire in 2016.
