New gourmet burger bar to hit Dublin Green
The Rail burger bar is already a hit at its four northeast Ohio locations, and now it’s Columbus’ turn to get a taste of what they have to offer.
Its first Central Ohio location will be located at the Dublin Green retail center just west of the intersection of US 33 and SR 161 in Dublin, where they’ll be putting creative spins on everyone’s favorite way to eat ground beef.
Take, for example, the “Philippe Burger,” topped with creamy red pepper sauce, spinach, cucumber, red onion and fresh avocado, and the “Mojo Burger,” a mix of ground beef and andouille sausage topped with lettuce, tomato cheese, and naturally, jalapeño coleslaw.
According to its website, The Rail was founded in 2011 by chef-turned-owner Mark Mariola and it uses only Ohio-grown beef in its burgers.
