New Year Brings Build-Your-Own Brunch Tacos at Condados
Condados Tacos are the gift that keeps on giving — selecting some of their premade tacos is an easy way to jump right into the taco experience but for real deal taco-preneurs, you can build them yourself. It’s a risky move, especially if your eyes are larger than your stomach or you’ve got the palate of a garbage disposal (both me), but the payoff is potentially huge.
Starting on January 1st, Condado Taqueria will roll out a new Build-Your-Own Brunch taco menu on New Year’s Day. A sort of taco resolution — ensuring you make it a goal of yours to consistently build beautiful tacos.
Tortilla choices like Wake-n-Bake (a flour soft and corn hard shell with chorizo gravy and biscuit crumbles), The Southener (flour soft and corn hard shell with cheddar grits) and Peezler (flour soft and corn hard shell with bacon refried beans, guacamole and sour cream) are available to fill with brunch fillings such as sweet potato hash, eggs, bacon and breakfast potatoes. Oh, and hey — we’ve got a menu so you can start planning ahead. Nothing worse than jumping into the taco pool without stretching for an hour (sorry.)
The new Brunch Menu will be available all day on New Year’s Day beginning at noon. Condado’s regular menu will also be available.
Normal brunch hours are Saturdays and Sundays from 12 –3 p.m.
