CPD Shames Criminal on Social Media

The Columbus Police Department went out of their way to shame a criminal via their social media Facebook Page.

While we do not at all condone the acts of a criminal, is there a cause for concern when when a form of governance and social protection finds it permissible to dismiss the act of a criminal with a casual, if not silly headline?

Should CPD hold itself to a higher standard of social communication?
