Flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of fallen officer

Governor John Kasich ordered all U.S. flags and Ohio state flags to be set at half-mast on Sunday to honor Officer Thomas Cottrell, who was hunted down and killed over the weekend while on duty.

Cottrell is suspected to have been shot and killed Sunday by Herschel Jones behind the municipal building in Danville.
