Gang member could get life in prison for Christmas Day killing

A member of the Tiny Rascals Gangsters was given a $2.5 million bond Wednesday after prosecutors said he intentionally ran down and killed a man with his car on Christmas Day.
18-year-old Emory Thomas Clay is accused of killing 32-year-old Houng J. Lamngeon on Christmas Day of last year, and could face life in prison if convicted.
A Franklin County Grand Jury indicted Clay on seven counts, including aggravated murder, participating in a criminal gang, tampering with evidence and intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness in a criminal case.
