Applying themselves: Men caught stealing appliances

Two men have been charged with breaking into freshly constructed buildings around Franklin County, stealing appliances, vans and trucks. The estimated value of stolen property is more than $100,000.

They were arrested after police installed GPS tracking devices in appliances.
