Arson suspected in weekend apartment complex fire

Arson is suspected as the cause of a fire that affected two apartment complex buildings on Saturday. The units were vacant and there were no injuries.

These were the same apartments that reportedly had had “systemic issues” due to a broken water line that caused dozens to have to leave there homes.
