You know the story: a driver waits in line at the BMV, only to realize he has no cash when he arrives at the counter. Cue sprinting to the nearest ATM before five o’clock, hoping to be lucky enough to wait in line again.
By the end of this week, those days will be over.
The Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles will be accepting major credit cards at all 190 of its locations for payment of license registrations and other transactions.
A pilot program was launched at a few locations last week, and the BVM has received lots of positive feedback.
