UPDATED: 25 Firetrucks Called to Hocking Hills Fire
Update: NBC4i posted a video of the fire that is still developing at Hocking Hills State Park Dining Lodge.
Update: Firefighters are still grappling with the flames and more water is being brought in to smother the fire that started around 9 am this morning. 25 firetrucks have been brought in and ODNR said a new roof was being installed when the fire occurred, according to 10tv.
The local fire department and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources battled together around 9 am this morning to quell the fire at Hocking Hills State Park Dining Lodge.
Authorities said the building was not open to the public when the fire started.
Personnel are still working to contain the fire and no injuries were reported.
