Columbus’ need for furniture with funny names will finally be sated next summer.
Swedish furniture retailer IKEA has announced it has selected the build team for the new store, which will be located at Polaris.
No longer will central Ohioans have to make the drive down to the Cincinnati IKEA to buy staples like the “SKÄRPT” (a set of kitchen knives) or the “JERKER” (a computer desk).
