Mobile meth lab stops traffic: Just another day in New Albany

It was business as usual in New Albany this morning as police shut down a city block in order to inspect a suspected mobile meth lab after a traffic stop.
Just kidding, we’re being totally facetious. You probably know this kind of crime is really uncommon for New Albany. Meth and New Albany go together like rice and orange juice.
Police made a traffic stop on Harlem Rd near Fernridge Drive due to an impaired driver when they spotted the chemicals used to make meth in the car. A search of the car yielded even more chemicals.
Harlem Road is currently closed for police investigation.
