Second Teen Arrested in Linden-McKinley Shooting
Two teens have been identified as suspects in the Linden-McKinley STEM Academy shooting, Independence High School students Daequan Brown and Dey Won Vinson, who were arrested Friday morning, according to 10tv.
The two 16-year-old teens have been accused of shooting 15-year-old Marques Johnson and 12-year-old Ja’Quan Curry.
Curry is recovering from not only a gunshot wound to the shoulder, but also the death of friend Tyre King, who was shot and killed by a CPD officer mid-September.
Both suspected teenagers have been charged with two accounts of felonious assault each.
