Uber to deliver puppies to your workplace today
Ever needed a snuggle break in the middle of your workday?
Ride-sharing service Uber is capitalizing on the dreariness of many office environments by offering 15-minute puppy breaks delivered straight to your office for the low, low price of $30 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. today.
The furry friends come courtesy of the Capital Area Humane Society, who see a mutual benefit in their partnership with the ride-sharing service.
Should you fall in love with a particularly cute puppy, the Humane Society wants you to know they they are all up for adoption.
The shelter is open from 2 to 7 p.m. on Friday, and from noon to 5 p.m. on the weekend.
To request puppies today, open the Uber app between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., request the “puppies” option, and enjoy.
