Need some excitement on Leap Day? Celebrate with Grandview Ave. festivities!
Leap Day is today, and what better way to spend the 366th day of 2016 than by going all out? After all, it does come only once every four years.
The businesses on Grandview Ave. are taking Leap Day to the extreme à la 30 Rock, complete with plenty of rhubarb and an appearance from Leap Day William himself, who will be handing out candy from 6-8 p.m.
Matt the Miller’s Tavern is serving up rhubarb cocktails mixed with Grandview-based Watershed Distillery spirits, rhubarb pies from Honeykiss Bakery and the official “Leap Beer” from Smokehouse Brewing, a firkin of Russian imperial stout infused with rhubarb.
Expect to see similar specials and exclusive deals all along Grandview Ave., including at Stauf’s, The Avenue, Objects for the Home, State of Devotion, and more.
The best part? You’ll be supporting Columbus businesses while you enjoy the fruits of their labor!
