Crowdfunding Spotlight: Who is Lydia Loveless?

Generally, this could be someone looking to launch or grow a business or idea through a crowdfunding platform. When we can, we like to help get the word out.
This week, we look at Lydia Loveless.
Lydia Loveless is an alt country singer / songwriter from Columbus. In recent years, her voice and songwriting have garnered acclaim far outside of the (614) area. In 2014, Rolling Stone magazine called her one of ’10 New Artists You Need to Know.’
As of late, Lydia has been working with a respected documentarian who has filmed her and her band through the process of working on the group’s forthcoming record. The multi-camera effort (called Who is Lydia Loveless?) includes interviews and LIVE performances. The project is all but complete. Still, there are some post-production costs that need to be covered. Lydia and the filmmaker (Gorman Bechard) are turning to the community for help.
