Franklinton space hosts AMAZING Cat Show art fundraiser
The most famous cat in the world may be known for his grumpiness, but the mood is expected to be the total opposite this Friday at 400 West Rich.
The AMAZING Cat Show will display more than 100 cat-depicting works to benefit the local Colony Cats (and dogs) non-profit group. The all-volunteer organization makes it its mission to help spay / neuter homeless cats and help to find placement for those animals in loving homes. Sales from the AMAZING Cat Show (running Fridays though the month of January) will be split 50 / 50 between the artists and the feline charity group.
Most artwork will be priced between $10 and $500. Organizers say that a number of direct beneficiaries (cute, cuddlesome kitties) will be on-hand as well…ready for adoption.
