A collaborative co-working space has opened up in Columbus, and it’s geared towards artists, creators, businessmen and women, and freelancers.

ZURÏE, a sleek and peacefully designed brick and mortar functions like a creative blank slate. It can be a workspace for freelancers, a meeting place for the busy professional, or an event space or photo studio.

The studio was renovated by four busy professionals, a florist, a photographer, and two event planners. Together they host and use the space for their own brands, and combined make what is probably the ultimate wedding planning team.

They currently share their space with several other businesses including Inkwell & Co. and a graphic designer. “We were tired of working from home, and wanted to be surrounded by other business-minded people pursuing their careers,” said co-owner of ZURÏE, Leda Anderson.

ZURÏE has three desks for rent which run at $230 a month. They include 24/7 access, internet, access to the kitchenette, and a desk and chair.

To use ZURÏE as a photostudio, they charge $50 an hour, which includes a brick wall, black, white, and grey paper backdrops. For events they charge $75 and include the entire space, kitchenette, setup and tear down, and tables and seating.
