According to wallethub, Columbus spends on average $576 on our holiday shopping.

We’re ranked at a modest #323 which is pretty awesome considering #1 is Palo Alto, CA and they’re dropping close to $3,000.

Wallethubs analysts used metrics ranging from “age” to “debt-to-income ratio” — to estimate these holiday budgets and did so for 570 U.S. cities.

It’s like a guide to know what’s okay — spend more and you’re probably just trying to hard but generally it serves as an average. Depending on how many friends you have this can break down into some cheap, stocking stuffers or if you’re lonely and only know like two people you can just buy them a bike.
