Time Warner Cable is Under New Ownership
Time Warner is now under new ownership with a new name — Spectrum, owned by Charter Communications, according to the Columbus Dispatch.
Starting Wednesday, Cable and internet customers will be receiving bills with a different name on them. Customers will be able to keep their old plans if they so wish, but Spectrum offers great deals, most notably their internet service.
Spectrum’s internet service 60 megabits per second, with no data caps, usage-based pricing or additional modem fees, compared to Time Warner’s service which started much slower speeds.
For those of us that like to watch more diverse entertainment, Spectrum surpasses Time Warner with their Mi Plan Latino which offers 75 Spanish-language channels.
There’s even an app where you can watch out-of-home content on the go.
