New Quarterback Coach to Replace Tim Beck

Quarterbacks coach under Chip Kelly for the San Francisco 49ers this past season, Ryan Day, will be replacing Tim Beck pending the completion of his background check.
Day comes to the Buckeyes’ with 15 seasons’ experience under his belt and two years in the NFL and in 2005 was a graduate assistant coach during Meyer’s first season with the Florida Gators.
In the NFL, Day worked with Colin Kaepernick and Blaine Gabbert in 2016 with the 49ers and he helped Sam Bradford to a record-setting 2015 season with the Eagles.
