Ramada Plaza has practical future ahead

Ramada Plaza has practical future ahead

After two years of sitting vacant and falling victim to vandalism, Ramada Plaza along I-71 has a new future in store. It was sold at bankruptcy auction and will converted into a U-Haul storage facility, reports The Dispatch.

This won’t be an overnight project by any means—the place is pretty much a disaster. There are water, heating, and sewage problems that have yet to receive attention since the hotel closed in 2015. That’s on top of the cosmetic changes that need to be made like graffiti and rubble removal.

But once it’s all done, there will be a nice, multi-unit storage facility to put all your junk you most likely don’t need.
