Watch HCT on TODAY: We’re not proud crying, you are

This morning was Hot Chicken Takeover’s big spot on the TODAY show with Megyn Kelly. The feature was an awesome portrayal of the mission the company is on, not only to feed Columbus, but to give people a second chance to prove themselves.

Columbus’s favorite spicy chicken joint landed itself a spot on the TODAY show, slated to air tomorrow during the 9am hour with Megyn Kelly.

The segment will cover HCT’s rapid growth—from a pop-up shop in Olde Towne East to three brick and mortar locations—and their fair chance employment that gives work opportunities to people with a criminal record or who have suffered from homelessness and substance abuse.

“Our company is strong because our team is strong,” said Joe DeLoss, HCT founder, “and being able to shine a spotlight on the tremendous work they’ve done is unbelievable when you think about where we started just a couple of years ago.”

Keep your eyes peeled for footage of the North Market location and expect interviews from DeLoss as well as two employees.
