The moon will be putting on a show this weekend

We’re in for a real astronomical treat this weekend—the one and only supermoon of 2017 will present itself Sunday night.

A supermoon, what the hell is that?

Well, a supermoon occurs when a full moon coincides with a time when the moon is orbiting the closets to earth. The moon could be anywhere from 14-30 percent larger than normal.

But if for some reason you won’t be able to get outside and see the huge moon this Sunday, never fear because 10TV reports we may be getting as many as two in January.
