Merion Village sweets + caffeine shop opens Saturday
Gluten-free goodie gobblers at Bake Me Happy will no longer have to take their treats to go. This Saturday, the bakery is opening its expanded facility at 106 E. Moler Street (formerly T.Y. Fine Furniture, they’re moving to Clintonville).
The Merion Village hot spot will serve as both Bake Me Happy’s production facilities as well as retail store front. The retail space will join up with the new coffee shop venture in the new space next door. The coffee will be a rotating carousel of local micro-roasters and mainstays in our community. They’re also spicing up their coffee menu that was once drip-only with french press and espresso drinks. To further caffeinate customers, they’ll be adding an iced coffee draft line which patrons can fill glasses or growlers with.
