Campus dive beneath High Street finally laid to rest

Campus dive beneath High Street finally laid to rest

After a long-fought battle to maintain their address in the basement of 1880 North High Street, Too’s Spirits Under High took it’s final bow last night. And in true Too’s fashion, the bar went down with a whole lot of kicking and screaming.

To commemorate the the end of an era, Too’s celebrated with an event called “Twenty Too Hoursof Too’s” which started Monday, October 30th bright and early at 5am, and went on till 3am Tuesday morning—plenty of time to get in one final Tidal Wave.

The bar owner, Scott Ellsworth provided these parting words on his Facebook page.

Don’t worry basement dwellers, the spirit of Too’s lives on above ground a little further up High Street at Three’s (formerly Scarlet & Grey Cafe).
