Easy Street Café to Close

A German Village diner, Easy Street Café, will have its final day on Sunday, February 26th, before permanently shutting their doors.

The owner, George Stefanidis is selling the restaurant to undisclosed individuals, due to the deal not being finalized. The new owners will allegedly rework the space while George focuses on Red Brick Tap & Grill.

According to an interview with thisweeknews; Stefanidis, 55, claims he is getting more and more tired and that the restaurant business isn’t the same.

Worry not though, because according to The Dispatch — George’s signature dishes specifically the flaming saganaki will be available at Red Brick Tap & Grill.
