We were busy this weekend crafting the perfect ice cream sandwich for you guys: housemade ube ice cream stuffed inside deep fried bao buns and topped with coconut strings, fruity pebbles, and our highly addictive coconut caramel sauce. Now we need your help deciding what to call these little sammies! The best name will win a free plate—plus plenty of bragging rights, of course.
