Hot Chicken Takeover Extends Hours

Hot Chicken Takeover has another addition this year—this time it’s not a location, but an extra day of service.

Owner Joe DeLoss has confirmed that Hot Chicken Takeover’s flagship location at the North Market will now be open Monday-Sunday starting April 3, 2017. Earlier this year, DeLoss also announced that HCT will be opening a second location in Clintonville this spring at 4203 N. High Street, and a second location at Easton this fall at 4198 Worth Ave.

“Our customers have been asking for us to be open 7 days a week for quite some time,” shares DeLoss, “and we’re excited to be able to fulfill that request.”

Hot Chicken Takeover (HCT) started as a pop-up in Olde Towne East, serving chicken for just a few hours a week. The restaurant eventually landed on the second floor of the North Market where they started with just Thursday-Sunday lunch-only hours, slowly expanding days of operation. The North Market restaurant will continue operating 11am-3pm.
