Upper Arlington to Outsource 911 Service to Dublin

During a Monday Upper Arlington city council meeting, the council voted 7-0 to outsource its 911 call center to the city of Dublin.

An issue that has been a longtime fight between the city and some residents who are concerned about response times.

The council says it could take up to a year to get all services transferred to Dublin.
