UPDATE: Drive-by shooting in Bexley spurred active shooter alerts
Update: Shooting that spurred active shooter alerts was a drive-by that sent one victim to the hospital. The shooting was prompted from an argument the night before.
A few bullets hit duplexes nearby. Police confiscated one gun and are still searching for suspects.
UPDATE: Immediate threat of Active Shooter(s) near Capital’s university over.
Capital University tweeted that the suspects have left the area but to still avoid the area.

Breaking: An active shooter has been reported near Capital University.
Two tweets have been sent out by the university, alerting students at the main campus to seek safety in the area along 949 Ferndale.
The suspects are described as two black males, one wearing a red cap backwards. The incident isn’t on campus but is happening in very close proximity.
No victims have been reported yet.
