C-bus homicide rates up, proposed defense

At this time last year, 29 Columbus residents had been killed. Fast forward to today, 48 people have been killed in Columbus so far this year. Homicide rates are soaring and something needs to be done to subside this epidemic. Enter Columbus Police Chief Kim Jacobs. She is committing more officers to combat gang activity and violent crime this summer.
