Hilliard aquatic center employee gets weird with GoPro, charged
There’s been someone lurking around the women’s lifeguard changing room at Aquatic Adventures in Hilliard and they’re not checking in to see if everyone is CPR certified..
An employee of the facility has been charged with putting a GoPro camera in the changing room and potentially even syncing up the footage to his phone. A female employee discovered the camera on December 10 and upon watching the footage on it, saw a 17-year-old lifeguard undressing, reports NBC4i.
The employee charged is Justin Budding who can be seen handling the camera before he placed it in the locker room. Police searched his phone and found child pornography. After they rang up all his charges, Budding is looking at illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, pandering obscenity involving a minor, and voyeurism.
He’s also banned from using GoPros.
