Hit-skip: Three-car accident leaves one man dead

This past Saturday, William Ray Johnson, 40, was killed in a hit and run accident. NBC4i, reports Johnson was struck by three cars when crossing Refugee Road at Tennyson Boulevard.

The first and third cars stopped after the accident—those drivers have been identified as Munjed Hinnawi, 52, and Cheryl Flowers, 53—but the second driver fled the scene. Johnson was first hit by Hinnawi car, throwing him onto the eastbound lanes and was struck by the unidentified driver next and finally by Flowers.

There is currently no description of the second car.
