Ohio State student drug by car, driver charged with murder
20-year-old Briana Benson has been indicted on charges of murder and aggravated vehicular homicide after the death of 18-year-old Madelyn Hart. She has also been charged with felonious assault and failure to stop after a crash.
Following an argument, Benson is alleged to have intentionally run over and dragged Hart, an Ohio State student, in downtown Cincinnati on March 26. Hart died from the incident a few days later.
